It’s a five-course meal, with five consecutive years of Opus One wine to taste alongside the chef-prepared courses.
This vertical tasting is at Crumpets Restaurant & Bakery, and it’s at 7 p.m. Jan. 22. It features the premium wine from years 1998 through 2002.
The Opus One vintages will be paired with Pheasant Paté en Croute, Raclette Cheese over Feuillette, Garlic Shrimp with Roasted Pepper Pasta, Ostrich Filet with Morel Mushroom Sauce and dessert, which is Black and White Double Chocolate Mousse
