Grilling with the CIA: Tips, Tastes and a CIA Cookbook

Take your grilling skills to a new level with Aug. 21 CIA class.

Outdoor cooking is fast, creates flavorful food, and is a year-round essential in San Antonio. Explore your passion for grilling at the CIA in San Antonio on Saturday, Aug.  21. You’ll learn professional tips and tricks that you can use whenever you grill – morning, noon, or night.

Participants also receive a copy of the CIA’s “Grilling” cookbook and a CIA apron to take home. Register online or call 888-840-4258. Class is from 9:30-2:30 and costs $250.
