The Hangin’ Tree Saloon, 18425 2nd St., Bracken, is now hosting steak nights on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of each week.
For $12, customers receive a 14-ounce sirloin cooked to order, an enormous baked potato and a salad. Add 50 cents for a to-go order. The cost for a split plate is $15.
Hamburgers and hot dogs are also available. The hours are 6 to 10 p.m.

In other dining news, chef Jason Dady announced on Facebook that, starting Sept. 12, the Badass Brunch would be available on Sundays at Restaurant Insignia in the Fairmount Hotel, 401 S. Alamo St.
The hours will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will feature dollar mimosas, a Bloody Mary bar, small plates and breakfast pizzas.
