Restaurant Insignia Adds Saturday Brunch

Print Friendly

Finding a good Sunday brunch in San Antonio has always been something of a challenge.

Maybe that’s part of the reason brunches at Restaurant Insignia, at the Fairmount Hotel, 410 S. Alamo St., have had such success. In fact, the brunch has been popular enough that they will now be offering it on Saturdays, too, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., says Crystal Dady. She and her husband, chef Jason Dady, are proprietors of the downtown restaurant.

Brunch at Restaurant Insignia is now offered Saturdays as well as Sundays.

Another reason for the success might be the unusual offerings. The Saturday brunch will also include the 13 varieties of $1 Mimosas, a Bloody Mary bar and a full brunch menu.  Offerings include Blue Crab and Cream Cheese Stuffed Crepes with Citrus Cream,  Egg Pie and Mascarpone and Nutella Stuffed French Toast with Caramelized Bananas and Cinnamon Chantilly.

Valet parking is complimentary with brunch. Reservations are not required, but if you should have further questions, call 210-223.0401.

I love Insignia — was in San Antonio in October at a conference and a group of us went to Insignia and had a fabulous meal. And Texas wine! Would love to try this brunch.
