One of the glitzier events on Culinaria’s calender is coming up at the Culinary Institute of America San Antonio, beginning at 5 p.m. on Sept. 18. Chefs & Cellars features five of the city’s top chefs, each cooking for 12 guests. Each multi-course menu will be matched with wines from the private cellars of San Antonio wine collectors.
