The coffee shop is hosting a workshop Wednesday on “Geography As Flavor: How Location Affects Coffees’ Tastes.” Participants will explore side by side differences in coffees from various corners of the world. Learn how professional coffee buyers and roasters evaluate and select coffees.
The 90-minute class begins at 7 p.m. The cost is $15 at the door.
Class size is limited, but Brown’s website says more classes will be added as needed.
