GauchoGourmet, 935 Isom Road, will open weekdays to the public starting this Tuesday.
The warehouse, which offers imported goods from Italy, Spain and Argentina as well as the rest of the world, will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesday hours will be 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Ciorciari family has recently added a deli counter, in which customers can purchased their important salami and cheeses cut. An olive bar has also been added. This is in addition to the array of international olive oils, vinegars, paella ingredients, seasonings, yerba mates and more.
GauchoGourmet is also offering a cooking class this coming Saturday at 11 a.m. with Nosh chef Luca della Casa demonstrating how to make “Perfecto Pesto.” The cost of the class is $10 a person. Call (210) 277-7930.
