Whole Foods Market at the Alamo Quarry will kick off a new series of cooking classes featuring local chefs in November.
The first class will be from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 14. Leading the class will be chef Steven McHugh, former executive chef of Lüke San Antonio.
McHugh is preparing to open his first solo venture this spring at the Pearl Brewery. Class participants will get a sneak peek of some of the dishes that might be on the menu at the new restaurant as McHugh demonstrates how to prepare some of his favorite Southern dishes.
The class costs $25 per person. Seating is limited. Tickets available for purchase at Whole Foods Market at the Alamo Quarry. Call 210-826-4676 for more information.
Whole Foods Market at the Alamo Quarry is at 255 E. Basse Road, Suite 130.
