blackberries and mint croppedThe Blackberry Basil Smash starts by muddling fresh basil leaves with fresh pineapple and blackberries, adding Cinco Five Star Vodka (made in San Antonio) along with Amaretto and lemon juice.  It’s shaken, strained into a tall cocktail glass over fresh ice, garnished with basil and a fresh blackberry.

Perry’s Classic Side Car using the classic Limoncello spirit from Southern Italy. Hennessy VS Cognac, Grand Marnier, Limoncello, fresh sour mix and fresh lime juice go into a shaker with ice.
