This is the second year of the event, which celebrates the welcome jolt that a really good cup of coffee can provide.  More than 30 coffees will be available, and you can bundle your tasting into flights. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Art of Coffee offers a tasting of four coffees for $5, while Coffee After Hours, from 4 to 7 p.m. features a flight of four coffee-based cocktails for $12.

There will also be shopping, a walking tour of La Villita, food, live music, kids activities and the chance to pick up some gifts for the coffee lovers on your holiday list (including maybe a gift or two for yourself).

Educational workshops on everything from the health benefits of coffee to a discussion of fair trade coffee, plus how-to demonstrations are on the schedule.

The event is free.
